On May 19, 2018, BWL hosted a legal clinic at the Center of Hope on Crenshaw Blvd. Volunteer attorneys were available to provide free consultation on cases involving those burdened with legal problems in the following field: Bankruptcy, Criminal Law, Employment, Civil Litigation, Immigration, Family Law, Estate Planning, and Business Formation. Attendees also received information relating to voter registration and had questions answered regarding current and pending legislation affecting criminal sentencing.
