On Saturday, September 23, 2017, the Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles installed Demetria Graves as its President for the 2017-2018 board year. The installation dinner took place at the beautiful Hotel Indigo in downtown Los Angeles and was an inspiring evening for all in attendance. BWL thanks all the sponsors who helped make the night such a success. “Following the Footsteps of Our Founders: Activism, Leadership & Empowerment” will be the theme and foundation for the organization under Demetria’s leadership. BWL is excited and looks forward to what Demetria and the 2017-2018 Board of Officers will accomplish this upcoming year!
