On May 25th BWL members gathered at a private home in Wellington Square currently listed for sale for the May General Meeting and Officer Nominations. Members were provided with a private tour and Open House of the $1.3 Million home and enjoyed a Southern Catered Meal in the landscaped backyard. Following the general membership meeting, members were treated to a discussion on current residential real estate market trends and lending programs and products. The event was sponsored by City National Bank and the home is listed with Jason Lowery Group of Keller Williams Realty. Eric Clay, of Operation HOPE, Inc., discussed credit awareness in the home buying process. Brandi Williams, of My Agent of Choice, discussed the current real estate landscape on LA’s West Side, and Peter Jackson, Branch Manager of City National Bank’s new Crenshaw branch, discussed currently available mortgage products and the lending process. The event was well attended and well received by all!
